CrossFit 6250′ – Powerlifting
Shoulder Press (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
using 40-60% of 1 RM do the sets listed above. Try not to add or remove weight. Take about 2 minutes between sets. Score is weight you are able lift throughout the entire exercise in reps.
Bench Press (4 x 8 )
Do one-and-a-halfs. Pick a weight you’re able to do ALL reps with.
