CrossFit 6250′ – Ninja Skills (ages 3.5-6)

“Ninja” Skills


The floor is lava game! (like sharks and minnows, kids must cross over obstacles from one side of the gym to the other without getting tagged by the volcano monster. If they fall off of an obstacle onto the floor or get tagged, they go to a red mat and sit to become a volcano. They must cross over one red mat to get to other side).

Plank jacks, plank wars, plank shoulder touches, plank high fives, heel touches, squats, ab mat jumps (possible learn to back roll)


**Levels: climbing wall or rope climb


Tic Tac to Cat

Double Dutch jump rope

Chaos push ups

Ring push ups

Climb rope

Vault: palm spin (green mat and rainbow mat)


If time, zombie tag with short noodle. If tagged, drop to your knees or bear crawl to tag remaining players
