CrossFit Classes

Our CrossFit classes provide each and every member at CrossFit 6250’ with the best possible workout, coaching, and program design possible. All CrossFit classes are scalable to you current skill level and level of progression.

The hour-long classes starts off with a dynamic warm-up, then review basic & advanced skills and techniques learned in Foundations classes.  Finally, we build up to our action packed Workout of the Day (WOD).

You will learn more about your own performances, energy system efficiency, movement efficiency and virtuosity…and have a ton of FUN!

*Completion of the Foundations classes is a pre- requisite for joining any of our group CrossFit classes.
